My name is Sara Martin-Stalls, and I am a seasoned Human Resources professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and both SPHR and SHRM-CP certifications. I bring over 20 years of experience in the following::

Leading HR teams has put me in a position to not only develop my employees in their careers, but I have also had the opportunity to touch every single person within my organization. People… that’s my passion.

Many people feel like going to the HR office is the equivalent of going to the principal’s office. While it is our job to enforce policies, and discipline as needed, we can also be an employee’s greatest ally. I have had countless employees come to me for guidance with not only professional issues, but personal issues. I won’t liken myself to a teacher because they endure a lot daily, but like teachers, an HR professional is a social worker, guidance counselor, sometimes, even a parent.

People…that’s my passion. I have mentored many young people along the way. I was a teen mom. I have three adult children, and four grandchildren. As I look back on my life, I wish I had strong, non-judgmental mentors to help along the way, to provide with me a roadmap or blueprint.  God has placed me in NE Ohio for a reason.
